Co-founder and former CTO of CrowdStrike. Born in Moscow, immigrated to the US in 1994. Led CrowdStrike's investigation of major nation-state cyberattacks including the 2016 DNC hack. Left CrowdStrike in 2020 to found the Silverado Policy Accelerator think tank.
