Founder and CEO of Zoom Video Communications. Born in Tai'an, Shandong, China. Moved to the US in 1997 after being denied a visa eight times. Was one of the founding engineers of WebEx and became VP of Engineering at Cisco after its acquisition. Left Cisco in 2011 to found Zoom, building it into one of the most widely used communication platforms in the world.
